Delivery personnel can make use of the FMS:Visitor check-in kiosk to easily self-log a delivery for an employee at your workplace.
The recipient will automatically be notified of their delivery through Email and SMS, with all relevant details of the package.
Because employees are notified automatically, the burden on receptionists is removed to try contact and follow up with employees. Once the employee collects their package, the receptionist can simply select the package on the system and mark it as “collected”.
Admins can search and filter deliveries and can also add, edit or delete a delivery. Any additional comments can also be added which would then also notify the recipient automatically.
